   In general, it is probably legal if:

   You will deliver what you promise.

   You do not promise something which you cannot deliver.

   It is not harmful to yourself or others, and is not immoral or unethical.

   You can ask us, and risk us stealing your idea, or you can hire a lawyer. That’s why people hire lawyers. You can try patenting it first. If you are denied a patent, that might give you a clue.

   You must have an idea whether it might be illegal, otherwise you wouldn,t be asking. Most things you will just get your wrists slapped if you braek any rules. Such as giving investment advice, if not authorised. You have to obey copyright laws, indecency laws, gambling/credit laws, banking laws. I am sure you know the sort of thing.
