what is the difference between domestic limited liability corporation and domestic profit corporation? I live in NJ and I understand that to begin a business you must get all the tax and legal paperwork filed. My question is what kind of business would mine be considered? Selling handmade jewelery and personalized gifts from my home?

    If you are the only person running this business, with no partners, no shareholders, your business would be a Sole Proprietorship.
