Your business requires an address. the laws in most places are a little bit out of date. Often you are required to display a sign at your premises that you are running a business. You may not be able to runa business because of your locations regulations or local laws.

In reality many people are consultants, run Internet businesses etc from a location that is residential. This is not acutally a problem, because your Internet business does not interfere with the normal residential nature of your property, nor will anyone actually notice.

You might be able to use a post office box, but it is not the location of your business.

Basically, register your business and don’t worry about it. As long asy ou don’t convert your apartment into a shop no one is going to know and if they know they won’t care. In fact, if you say you work from home your associate probably won’t even think of it as a business.

I wouldn’t listen to people saying things are scams or not. A lot of people will say they are to lure you into doing what they are doing. Some people will simply say something is a scam based on what they may have heard without doing their own research on why people gave them this type of information (when statistic shows 80 % of these accusations are false). While others will just say it’s a scam because others do to earn points on yahoo. Sad but true. You need to do your own research on this company to find out for yourself if it’s real or not. I know an article that can help you figure this out.
