I have noticed that more than 50% of the jobs listed on career job search websites are online business scams. Why do these companies like hotjobs, monster, yahoo, etc. allow this? This just interferes with the already difficult process of finding a job for most Americans.

I have been searching for 1.5 yrs but everything I have tried does not seem to be legit or is MLM, or the old "try this new product no facts have been proven but it works" business scams. I am not interested in MLM, nor selling products I have never heard about. Does anyone have any suggestions?
